Dolce Vita doesn't limit itself to supplying the products: it transfers a complete and deep knowledge about their characteristics to bartenders and managers, so that a shopkeeper is always able to provide clients with such a service that meets their expectations. Our company entrust experts with training courses to facilitate the naissance of a true "coffee culture" among operators. Themes range from general information about coffee origins and varieties, through technical instructions about roasting methods and erogation, up to practical and aesthetical suggestions: how to display products in the coffee bars and how to offer the best way of tasting them.
Thanks to a very expert technical team, Dolce Vita provides each selling point with specific technical support and assistance: it takes care of machinery maintenance, of their hygienic certifications and of their faults, intervening as soon as possible to eliminate them and to supply relevant spare parts.

Engineers

We have a team of 5 highly skilled and experienced field engineers, all linked by mobile phone and networked PC, so that they have access to your machine's history.

Installation

We will either ship the machine by courier on the day prior to installation or it will arrive with the engineer on the day.

The engineer will install the machine (and CTU - see below) and then carry out basic barista training for any staff present who require it.

SERVICE

To ensure that the coffee machine always maintains its features and performance over time, it must always be carefully cleaned and maintained. Coffee Enterprise is here to help you achieve this through annual services and special training on the daily cleaning of the machines. As mentioned above we provide the following services:

** STARS SERVICE   (£200.00)
Cleaning of the group's head with replacement of the relative group head gasket and showerhead. Cleaning of the steam and hot water valves, replacement of the relative gasket and lubrication. Regulation of the water pump and boiler pressure.
Regulation of the grinder. This type of services can be done on premises and we suggest to do it every six months.

*** STARS SERVICE  (£320.00)

Cleaning of the group's head with replacement of the relative group's head gasket and showerhead.
Cleaning of the steam and hot water valves, replacement of the gasket and lubrication.
Cleaning of the boiler with descaler treatment and replacement of the boiler flange and element gasket.
Regulation of the water pump and boiler pressure.
Regeneration of water softener.
Regulation of the grinder. This type of services is preferably done in our laboratory, and periodically every six months. A courtesy coffee machine will be provided while the service is performed.

**** STARS SERVICE   (£450.00)

Complete disassembling of the machine with cleaning of all hydraulic parts with deskaler treatments and cleaning of the body using special degreaser solution.
Cleaning of the group's head with replacement of the relative group's head gasket and showerhead.
Replacement of all relative gaskets existing on the machine.
Lubrication of the steam and water valves.
Lubrication of the water pump.
Regulation of the water pump and boiler pressure.
Regulation of the grinder.
Regeneration of the water softener.

This type of services, also called Complete Regeneration, must be done in our laboratory and is suggested once a year. We will provide a six months warranty.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT 

This type of service commonly called maintenance contract, provides total cleaning either inner or outer of the machine, just like the 4 Stars Service. It also offers a year warranty and a periodic check to maintain a perfect condition during the whole year. We recommend that espresso machines are serviced every 12 months, to maximise the machine's lifespan. This would include a full inspection, replacement of gaskets and seals, replacement of any other worn or damaged parts and identification of any other potential problems.

Breakdown / Repair

Initially one of our experienced operators will try and help you resolve the problem over the telephone.

If that is not successful then we would send a field engineer out to site. Our engineers carry the most common spare parts so that most problems can be repaired on site.

In the unlikely event that the machine could not be repaired on site, we would either arrange another on site visit if appropriate, or take the machine in to our state of the art workshop where we can deal with all types of repairs and refurbishments.

Water Treatment

To maximise the machine's lifespan and the quality of the coffee served, it is recommended that a CTU (calcium treatment unit) is fitted. This will prevent the build up of limescale in the pipes which could otherwise be very costly to repair. Unless otherwise requested we will fit a CTU as standard. To ensure a long life of your coffee machine the CTU should be replaced periodically. How often will depend on the hardness of the water in your area and the quantity of drinks you are producing.
